Dynamic Training

PUSH Dynamic Training is a small group, semi private, and private training business, started in 2006.

 

PUSHDT is a revolving form of dynamic interval training. Classes are offered morning and evening, in a semi-private group setting, during the week, and a once each day during the weekend. During non class hours, trainers conduct private or small group training sessions for all ranges of athletes.

 

Rates are based on the number of sessions a client seeks during the month, on a contractual basis. Drop in clients are welcome, with a simple text the next before to let us know you are coming.

PUSH has established an eclectic base of clientele, ranging from professional to recreational athletes. There is something for every athlete, no matter their skill or strength!
